CDG Group is looking for a Legal Counsel, who will be an integral part of Legal and Compliance Team, to support Head of Legal and Compliance on providing legal services to Management Team and business units.

Responsibilities
- In charge of the reviewing/dratiing a wide range of business contracts, proposal, MOU and other legal documents, in Thai and English, related to a variety of commercial, financial and other operational maters.
- Provide professional legal opinion and best practice guidance to support Business Units on legal issues, contract, tax, labour and employment, procurement and others.
- Support and advise on any corporate maters that may arise to Management Team and Business Units, including identify and solve any potential legal problematic issues.
- Conduct comprehensive legal researches on laws and regulations relating to CDG Group’s business activities.
- Monitor the registrations of intellectual property and relevant licenses applicable to CDG Group’s businesses.
- Prepare, update and maintain corporate documents including registration of corporate documents to DBD.
- Provide reports related to legal works to Head of Legal and Compliance as required.
- Deal with dispute resolution mater and liaise with outside legal counsels.
- Other legal works as assigned.
คุณสมบัติ
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Law.
- At least 5-7 years of work experience in legal and compliance.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively with the team.
- Able to multi-task, prioritize, and work under pressure.
- Good command of English both in spoken and writen.
- Having a licensed Atorney and Thai Barrister will be an advantage.
