Aom, a young female programmer from Burapha University’s Faculty of Information Science, began her journey with CDG as an intern and later transitioned to the role of Network Engineer. Meet Nop, an alumnus of the Co-creation project at CDG Group, who has partnered with King Mongkut’s University of Technology Thonburi (KMUTT), Bangmod, offering 4th-year students the opportunity to apply for training experiences. This initiative promotes real-world work exposure while studying, with the chance to secure full-time positions as System Analysts and Inventors in the Digital Excellence department. Starting as interns with a willingness to learn, Nop and peers embraced diverse learning opportunities, even outside their university fields of study. Nop reflects, “My internship with CDG’s Co-creation project was a hands-on experience. During the 6-month internship, I collaborated on real projects and participated in the Innovation Challenge 2022, where our team won first runner-up with our ‘Thai ID card image reader’ solution.
