Application Support will be responsible for understanding and effectively utilizing the designated applications to support business operations.
  • Study and familiarize with applications, and gain a comprehensive understanding of the applications used in the organization to ensure their appropriate use in various business functions.
  • Support issue resolution and provide assistance in resolving application-related issues to ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLA) and take proactive measures to prevent potential problems.
  • Analyze application functionality, and analyze the working mechanism of new applications being considered for implementation or modifications to existing applications.
  • Conduct software testing, and perform software testing to identify and rectify any bugs or glitches within the applications to ensure their optimal performance.
  • Collaborate, report, and coordinate with team members, provide progress updates, and report on the status of application-related tasks to team leaders and stakeholders.
  • Document application development, and prepare relevant documentation related to the development and maintenance of applications, including user manuals and technical specifications.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / Computer Engineering / MIS or related fields.
  • At least 2 years of experience in Application Support.
  • Knowledge of SQL Server and SQL Statement commands, back up and restore database.
  • Knowledge of web application development on Linux Docker using Angular, Node.js, Nginx.
