System Engineer will be responsible for designing, installing, delivering, and maintaining IT Infrastructure projects for our clients. Working closely with the sales team, you will collaborate on designing solutions and providing expert advice.

Responsibilities
- Design, install, deliver, and maintain IT Infrastructure projects for clients.
- Collaborate with the sales team to design solutions and provide recommendations for systems that align with the clients’ business requirements.
- Work with the technical teams of clients and external teams to ensure successful installation, delivery, and ongoing maintenance of both products and services, focusing on stable and high-performance systems.
- Perform on-site tasks at client sites when required.
- Take ownership of reporting and documentation for information infrastructure systems.
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal teams, external teams, and clients throughout the project lifecycle.
คุณสมบัติ
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.
- Have 1-2 years of experience in designing, installing, and managing IT Infrastructure systems.
- Understanding of OSI model, TCP/IP model, and Operating Systems such as UNIX, Linux, Windows Server.
- Experience with IT Infrastructure technologies, Virtualization, and Containerization, such as VMware, Virtual Box.
- Demonstrated high level of responsibility and readiness to handle projects for organizational clients.
- Proficiency in installation, coordination, consultation, and presentation throughout project durations.
- Knowledge and experience with Shell Script.
- Knowledge and experience with Windows 10/11.
