Online Document Management System for the Cabinet Meeting, the Secretariat of the Cabinet

CDG Group was appointed to oversee procurement projects and to offer an electronic information system for the Cabinet meeting called “CABNET”, the online document management system. Following discussions with concerned parties with regard to design and planning, CDG Group developed a software and selected appropriate hardware which enabled this system to transform all processes in the meeting into online workflows, beginning with document management, proposals from government agencies, opinions raised from relevant agencies, and agenda preparation into meeting conclusive reports. The system speeds up proposals of agendas to the Cabinet as well as facilitating the Cabinet’s hearing, reducing processing time and expenses associated to document preparation that are to be shared with other government agencies.
