Digital Communications (Content Marketing)

This position is responsible for brand’s social/digital presence. He/she will be the center of brand content and all communications delivered to public including websites, social maintenance as well as influencer marketing.
  • Plan campaign content/asset and social content calendar.
  • Develop local content and creative assets for campaign communication.
  • Tailor brand stories and leverage contents from local influencers (digital & traditional) on brand’s online and social media platforms.
  • Ensure that all the communications align with communication strategy and communication messages.
  • Collaborate with HR team and other business units to ensure that all promotional communications are within brand’s direction and guidelines.
  • Manage day-to-day production, as well as schedules and overall expected results.
  • Conduct keyword research and use SEO guidelines to optimize content.
  • Promote content on social networks and monitor engagement. (e.g. comments and shares)
  • Measure web traffic to content. (e.g. conversion and bounce rates)
  • Monitor Q&A, including direct messages from owned online channels.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in public relations, Journalism, Communication Arts, Marketing, Digital Marketing or related fields
  • 2-4 years of experience in digital communications, influencer marketing, digital marketing, media planning, content marketing or social media
  • Dynamic, detail oriented & think creatively.
  • Ability to perform multi tasks, meet deadlines, strong project and time management.
  • Good command of read and written English.
  • Computer literacy, digital savvy with ability to use Chat GPT and AI.
