Responsibilities
  • Provides technical support on computer hardware and software in a corporate network environment.
  • Provide consistent quality customer services to external clients based within SLA
  • Identifies, researches, and resolves technical problems.
  • Responds to telephone calls, email, and personnel requests for technical support.
  • Documents, tracks, and monitors the problem to ensure a timely resolution.
  • Reports to IT managers
คุณสมบัติ
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science or related area
  • 0-2 years of working experience in the IT support field or in a related area. (Welcome new graduation)
  • Good technical knowledge in computer hardware and software.
  • Mature, reliable, service oriented, and have ability to work under pressures
