Meet Nop, an alumnus of the Co-creation project at CDG Group, who has partnered with King Mongkut’s University of Technology Thonburi (KMUTT), Bangmod, offering 4th-year students the opportunity to apply for training experiences. This initiative promotes real-world work exposure while studying, with the chance to secure full-time positions as System Analysts and Inventors in the Digital Excellence department. Starting as interns with a willingness to learn, Nop and peers embraced diverse learning opportunities, even outside their university fields of study. Nop reflects, “My internship with CDG’s Co-creation project was a hands-on experience. During the 6-month internship, I collaborated on real projects and participated in the Innovation Challenge 2022, where our team won first runner-up with our ‘Thai ID card image reader’ solution. It was both challenging and rewarding, involving research, brainstorming, and AI development.” From Nop’s perspective, CDG provides a supportive environment conducive to growth.
